The Inferno Handstand Bar is designed to be at floor level, which is perfect for practicing key skills including handstands, half turns & pirouettes.

Our Handstand bar is a great training tool to increase gymnastic movements and core/body strength. You can distribute your body weight over your hands eliminating additional strain on your wrist whilst working on different motions and your body muscles. Ideal training tool for gymanstics, dance (break, acro, street, lyrical), cheerleaders, aeorlists, body builders, contortionists and personal trainers.
